I wish I had seen this two years ago. My daughter was anemic at her one year check-up, as well. I was so worried I went straight to the drops. She quickly improved but I wish I had been calmer and did more research on ways to introduce more iron with foods. She's been off the drops since about 18 months when her diet naturally expanded.
