Hi there,
I am Jenna from Indonesia. We use this sprayer in the house, and i tell you that we are 95% muslims here, as i am, always use water and soap after doing this “business”. Beside having the sprayer, some people have bucket / pail / water pond and water scoop in the bathroom to be used after doing that “business”. We never ever use toilet paper. So, if you come to my country, you just need to bring your own little soap. Water is prepared in every public toilet here.

I have actually, my son is 18 months now and I’ve really been thinking that I’d like to start some part time ECing. Just this morning he pooped in the potty. I love the idea, but it’s hard with a busy work schedule.

Have any ofyou thought of elimination communication aka natural infant hygine? I practice this with my two month old son and all his poo goes into the sink or toilet, while his diaper stays sparkling clean. It’s super easy! In my opinion I would rather do this than clean up a poopy diaper. . Just putting it out there

I swear by my diaper sprayer, I would be lost with out it. My son has food issues and we end up with many many diapers of runny toddler poo and with out the sprayer I would have left cloth they are so bad.

It is the best thing in my Cloth Diaper Stash so I can relate to you.

When I have had to go with out, vacation ect, I use linner in the diapers and that helps a little.

It was so easy to make the diaper sprayer, just make sure you go to Home Depot and get the same exact stuff in the pictures she posted…that’s what I did and it took me maybe 20 minutes to hook it all up!

We can’t use liners because our old house drains would get backed up, so I am getting a sprayer when our baby girl starts eating solids. I’m like you and cannot stomach the thought of dunking diapers in the toilet. I hope we can make our own using the DIY link you posted.

I have been using flushable liners for my son. Though we are looking at moving and the new house is older with septic not sewer so i may have to look in to something different. I am going to be checking out the site you listed to try to do our own sprayer.
