*CLOSED* ‘Rockin Green’ Cloth Diaper Laundry Soap Review/Giveaway!

by Rachel on January 21, 2010

A winner has been selected!

Fresh, clean, like new…is this how you describe your cloth diapers when you take them out of the laundry? If you use “Rockin Green” laundy soap, then I’m sure you do!  This earth-friendly, yummy scented, laundry detergent will cause you to fall in love with your diapers all over again.  Many detergents I have used leave my diapers with a musty smell, even after several times running through the wash. I gave Rockin Green a try and I have said good-bye to that old musty smell. Not only are my diapers left with a new fresh smell, my laundry room smells amazing! Rockin’ Green sent me “Grape Soda,” “Fresh Linen,” and “Unscented,” all of which leave my diapers with the same fresh clean smell.  The laundry room, on the other hand, gets the smell of those yummy flavors…mmmm.

If you are a cloth diapering mommy like me, you know how frustrating it can be when detergent builds up on your diapers and you struggle to strip the diaper from that nasty residue causing all of your problems.  Rockin Green will take care of that for you!  You will no longer have to deal with stinky diapers that won’t absorb.  If you want to give Rockin Green a try, you’re in luck!  Kim, from Rockin Green is offering the lucky winner one of their 45/90 bags of detergent in the scent of your choice!

For a chance to win Rockin Green you must find one of my previous posts that speaks to you and tell me what about it interests you.  Leave a comment here.

I would love to win this soap!

I thought the Human Pacifier article was interesting. I had the same fight with my husband about taking away the pacifier. He would just pop it in instead of trying to figure out why my son was crying.

I would like to try the Rockin Green Pail Freshener. I definitely need something. It gets pretty stinky in there.

The “Green Fight” was very interesting to me. I had never thought about it until your wrote about it. Actually, “coincidentally”, I saw on TV the very night that I read your post this show where the husband was trying to persuade her to get rid of everything plastic. And she was mad. :)

Thanks for the giveaway…I found your posts concerning Iron Deficiency (in your baby) useful because you did the necessary research, and had some great nutrition suggestions i.e. foods, that are applicable to adults as well.

I couuld relate to your blog on being a “Human Pacifier.” When your children are young it is sometimes difficult to know when it is time to help them move past some of their comfort objects.

  • Susan Smith

I liked your article about the pacifier as we had problems weaning or daughter off of her pacifier.

I thought your post about organic Thanksgiving turkey was very interesting because I have never considered buying a turkey from a farm instead of a supermarket.

I liked your article, “I need the epidural, I can’t handle the pain!”
I believe every woman needs to take control of their birthing experience and not leave it up to the doctors and nurses. We need to educate ourselves so that we get what we want from our birthing experience. Your article was written in a non confrontational way that I think most women can feel comfortable reading.

I read your post on Food, Inc. We just watched it as well and I have been consciously looking at labels and shopping my groceries organic food aisle since then. We get a 1/4 beef from a local farmer who doesn’t pump them full of chemicals, but the movie did make me want to explore the conditions the cows are living in before buying more from him.
