Rachel – Coincidentally, that was the exact reaction we all had to Captain CoJo (this is Connor, my son) the Pirate! Actually it was more like “Arrrrrrrrggggg!” Although that quickly changed to “AHHHHHHHH!” once Kathleen filled us in on all the details of your incredibly active and innovative life. You have made more progress in the role of motherhood in less than a year than every one of your female predecessors put together in all of history! Making your own laundry detergent!? On top of cooking your own green baby food!? AND finding a farm fresh turkey who was guaranteed to have spent a good many years gobbling freely with glee before being brought to an end for Thanksgiving dinner? And now you’ve bought a sewing machine to tailor your own clothes!? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! PLEASE STOP for the sake of your fellow female reproducers! It was hard enough to follow in your footsteps when you were Captain of Track and Field!
